GETTING READY
ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Let's go, you guys ! This is where it all starts.
Quick note :
Allow 1.5 to 2 hours for the appointment. We’ll meet at my place: 660 Route du Coustalou, 46500 Rignac (the wooden house at the very bottom of the path). Your children are very welcome—and your pets, too!
The meeting takes place in two stages:
• a get-to-know-you session to break the ice and discuss the wedding (preferences, schedule, planning, vendors, etc.);
• the engagement session.
Photos will be to download on my online gallery (using the same system as for the wedding).
Outfits choice
colors and materials
The most important thing is that you feel at ease, comfortable, and like yourself (there’s nothing worse than feeling like you’re in a costume). That said, neutral tones add a lovely softness and warmth to photos, whereas brighter colors can alter skin tones, and black absorbs all the light—resulting in much harsher-looking images. As for fabrics, flowy garments add movement. Bundle up in chunky sweaters. Have fun with it. And be sure to wear comfortable shoes... we might end up running around on rocky terrain!
Weather
We’ll book the session in advance, without knowing what the weather will be like. So, if the weather turns out to be awful, don't panic. We can always take the photos in a café or run around in the rain (okay, that’s probably my favorite option). You don't need bright sunshine to get beautiful photos :)
